Questions about parking

[Short introduction to the topic]

Questions about visitor parking

Questions about parking as a visitor, your Autopay account, fees and terms.

This applies to parking facilities with Autopay.

  1. Log in to the Autopay – Park & Charge app or at autopay.io.
  2. Click Vehicles in the menu. In the app, Vehicles is found under Profile.
  3. Click + Add vehicle and fill in the information.

Under Vehicles, you can change your registration number, add or remove a vehicle, and link a vehicle to a payment card.

Removing a vehicle: Click the pencil icon next to the registration number in the app, or select Remove on the website.

If you change cars or get an additional car, you need to update the details on your account yourself.

Don’t worry! When there is a queue, the screens can sometimes be a little slow to show information, but the cameras still register your exit correctly.

The invoice only shows the time when your parking started to be charged.

If you visited the parking facility earlier the same day, all your parking time is added together. The invoice then only shows the visit when the charge started.

You accept the terms as soon as you park your vehicle in the parking space.

This follows from the legal principle of implied consent, which means that an agreement can be made through your actions, rather than through explicit written or spoken agreement. By parking, you show through your actions that you accept the terms that apply to the space.

Tip! Always check the signs before you park. It only takes a few seconds.

Contact Hojab on +46 8 735 29 99. They handle all parking fines.

You have 15 minutes to find a space and park after entering the parking facility.

If you leave within 15 minutes without parking, your visit is free of charge.

  1. Log in at autopay.io or in the Autopay – Park & Charge app.
  2. Go to Profile. In the app, click your username.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete profile.

You will be charged if the registration number that was read does not match an active permit.

It may also be because all available permits were in use when you drove in. When capacity is full, the next vehicle is charged the short-term rate, even if the driver normally has a permit.

Please check that:

  • the registration number on your permit is correct and active
  • the permit capacity was not full when you drove in

Questions about payment

Questions about receipts, invoices, charges and payment cards.

If you have an Autopay account, you can find your charges under Receipts in the menu.

You can also download receipts at parkman.nu/en/receipt.

For monthly permits, the order confirmation you received when you completed your purchase serves as your receipt.

The fee covers costs for things like administration, systems and payment handling. It is charged whether the invoice is sent digitally or on paper.

If you want to avoid the invoice fee, you can use one of the other payment methods next time.

You can see your payment history at autopay.io or in the Autopay – Park & Charge app.

  • Select Receipts to see all your charges.
  • Check your vehicles, so that no old or sold vehicles are still on your profile.

Please note! You are responsible for keeping your vehicles up to date.

Does everything look correct, but you still don’t recognise the charge? Contact customer service and we will help you.

You can register your payment card at autopay.io or in the Autopay – Park & Charge app.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Payment cards in the menu. In the app, Payment cards is found under Profile.
  3. Add your payment card and save.

Important! Your card must be enabled for online and international purchases, because payments are handled through an international payment provider.

You can pay the parking fee at autopay.io for up to 48 hours after you have left the parking facility.

After 48 hours, the fee is removed from there and an invoice is automatically sent to the vehicle owner.

The invoice is sent to the vehicle owner. An invoice is sent when:

  • no payment was registered at the time of parking
  • your payment card could not be charged
  • you did not have an active agreement or a valid permit
  • you drove into an Autopay facility without the payment being completed
