On-site video surveillance is also carried out in the garages we manage to ensure the safety of both persons and property in the garage.

Access to your personal data is limited to those persons within Parkman who have a need to process your personal data. Your personal data may also be transferred to our service providers who provide our IT systems or help us with invoicing, payment or parking system management. 1. OUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

In the course of its business, Parkman may collect personal data about you for
different purposes, depending on the context in which we come into contact with each other.
In this section, our privacy policy is therefore divided according to these different contexts.

1.1 If you park in one of the garages we manage

If you park in a garage that we manage, we usually have automatic parking payment through
the Autopay service. This service means that, instead of using booms and
parking tickets, we record your car registration number to keep track of the time you are
parked. In addition, we use your registration number to manage your payment. If
you register as a loyalty customer, we also collect your name.
All the above processing is done within the framework of providing parking and otherwise
offering our services to you. We may also process your data that you
submitted to provide direct marketing for our legitimate interest in being able to
provide you with information about the services we think you may be interested in. You always have the right
to refuse direct marketing.

1.2 If you or your employer have a business relationship with Parkman

If you are a contact person at one of our partners or another company with whom we have a
business relationship, Parkman will have access to your personal data. The data
we may collect is basic information about you, such as your name and
contact details and information about your work and your employer. This data
is obtained directly from you, your employer or, in some cases, by us from publicly available
sources.
The above personal data will be used to administer the agreement that
exists between Parkman and your employer. Such processing is carried out within the parameters of
your employer’s and Parkman’s legitimate interests.

1.3 If you are in a garage – camera surveillance

Parkman carries out camera surveillance in its garages where you and your car may be. Such
monitoring is carried out in the legitimate interest of ensuring the safety of both
persons and property in the garage. If camera surveillance takes place,
Parkman will inform you of this through clear signage.

1.4 If you have applied for employment with Parkman

Parkman will primarily process personal data collected from you directly in connection with
your application or during the application process, including during any interview with
you. Personal data that Parkman collects from you includes:
– basic information about you such as your name, personal ID number and
contact details;
– information about your previous experience and qualifications, and references;
– where applicable, the results of personality and other tests; and
– other information you provide to us in connection with your application, such as
photographs and information about yourself and your interests.
We may also collect personal data from your references.
The purpose of Parkman’s processing is primarily to administer your application and
to contact you. Such processing is carried out to enable us to determine whether you are the right person for
the position and to possibly conclude an employment contract.
Such processing that is not necessary to determine whether you are the right person for the vacant
position with us, but which Parkman collects and processes in order to assess whether the service
matches your profile, is processed on the basis of Parkman’s legitimate interest.
