Payment Information

Pay only for the time you have actually parked.
Autopay is a camera‑based parking system that reads your vehicle’s license plate number upon entry and exit, allowing the system to track how long your vehicle has been parked.

Pay at a payment machine

Enter your license plate number at the payment machine before leaving the parking facility and follow the instructions for payment. Payment machines are located at:

  • The stairwell by the entrance from Kristinelundsgatan.
  • The stairwell by the entrance from Lorensbergsgatan.

Automatic payment via Autopay.io

Register at Autopay.io and add your payment card and license plate number. Your card will then be charged automatically when you exit the parking facility.

Pay within 48 hours

You can pay later at home via Autopay by simply visiting the website and selecting “Pay afterwards.” The payment is available for 48 hours after your parking session has ended.

Pay with app

If you prefer to pay using an app, start your parking session in the app available at the facility. Your parking will end automatically in the app when you exit.
Please ensure that the correct zone code is selected and that Parkman is listed as the parking operator to avoid paying for the wrong parking area.

Invoice

If you choose not to use any of the payment options above, an invoice will be sent to the vehicle owner’s physical or digital mailbox for the parked time. An invoice fee of SEK 49 (including digital mailbox) will be added.

 

Facility Information

P-hus Avenyn is located right next to Gothenburg’s main boulevard, Avenyn, making it one of the city’s most central parking facilities. Since taking over P-hus Avenyn, work has been underway to renovate and modernize the facility.
The parking garage has been given a fresh new look, and the ANPR system Autopay has been installed—making the facility one of the most modern and seamless options when it comes to payment.

Additional improvements are ongoing to make P-hus Avenyn a top‑tier facility and the obvious choice for those who want to park safely, conveniently, and centrally—all under one roof.
