Book Event Parking
Pre-booking a parking spot means you secure a guaranteed space at a fixed price for the entire period. You can drive in and out freely during your booked time – without any effect on the price.
Important information about your booking
For larger events at Strawberry Arena, a dedicated area is reserved for pre-booked parking in the Arena garage and Bikupan. At these times, parking attendants will be on site to guide you.
Information about whether staff will be on site is always included in the description when you book.
For other events, both at Strawberry Arena and in the Globen area, your booking does not guarantee a specific, numbered parking space. You may park in any visitor space within the area, provided your vehicle meets the requirements for that space – for example, if it is a disabled parking bay or a charging spot.

I entered the wrong license plate number when booking – what do I do?
You need to cancel your current booking and make a new one with the correct license plate number.
You can do this by managing your booking via the link in your booking confirmation email.
What happens if I need to cancel or don’t use my booking?
No worries – you only pay if you actually park!
If you don’t use your booking, there is no charge.
What happens if I arrive early or stay longer than my booking covers?
If you park before or after your booked time, standard short-term parking rates will apply for the extra time.
When are events released for booking and how far in advance can I book?
Events for the upcoming month become available for booking from the 20th of each month.
Each individual event can be booked up until 4:00 PM the day before.
There are road closures at Evenemangsgatan/Dalvägen – how do I access the Arenagaraget during events?
During events at Strawberry Arena, there may be road closures on the streets surrounding Arenagaraget. If you have a pre-booked parking space, simply show your booking confirmation to the parking attendants (on-site staff). They will let you through so you can access the garage.
